Probably C17/18, but much altered in conversion to 2 dwellings from use as outbuildings;
reputedly once used as a counting house. Long range parallel and close to The
Friary. Flint and brick. Steep pantile roof, north end hipped; 2 storeys.
The centre has additional storey inserted by raising the eaves. All modern casements,
mostly in new brick surrounds. Modern glazed doors, that of the Caulking House
on 1st; floor with modern wrought iron stairs. The Counting House has modern
garage doors to basement. Included for group value.
