Early/mid C19. Large house set back from the road. 3 storeys plus basement. Ashlar.
Centre section comes forward slightly. Cornice and blocking course. Pilasters
with panels. Sill band to 1st floor, rusticated ground floor. 3 windows with
architrave surrounds, that in centre of lst floor with triangular pediment on consoles.
Sashes with glazing bars to 2nd floor only. Ground floor openings are round headed
with central doorway up double flights of steps with openwork balustrades. Double
wooden doors, traceried fanlight.

Nos 2 to 18 (even) form a group together with an the listed buildings in Park Street
(except St Paul's House).
