Former house and cottage, and farmbuilding. House dated 1728 with initials RSI on lintel; cottages and farmbuildings early C19. Squared stone with cut quoins and dressings; Scottish slate roofs. South elevation in two parts.
Original house two storeys, three bays, irregular. Off-centre renewed door in chamfered surround with dated lintel; late C19 sash windows with stop-chamfered lintels and slightly projecting sills. Rendered end stacks. Former cottage to left one storey, three bays. Boarded door with overlight in enlarged former window on left; twelve-pane sashes, the left renewed and set in former door opening. All openings with tooled-and-margined lintels. Roof hipped to left; central white brick ridge stack. To left rear attached range of stables and barn with boarded doors, slit vents, and bricked-up opening for drive shaft from former gingang.
