Early C19. Stuccoed. Parapet. Slate hipped roof. Moulded cornice and string
course. Pilasters. 3 storeys and basement. 2 windows wide. Sashes with glazing
bars, 1st floor tall sashes on to balcony which is slightly bowed at centre, and
on brackets, with decorative ironwork balustrade, slender columns supporting tent-shaped
canopy with moulded cornice. Left-hand doorway with rectangular fanlight. Including
good basement area railings with urn finials and large square openwork cast-iron
piers at corners with urn finials.
