Circa 1830 by James Burton. Terrace. Stuccoed. Cornice and parapet. Three storeys and basement. 4:8:4 windows, the centre eight in slight projection. Sashes, some with glazing bars. First floor balcony with cast iron balustrade and tent-shaped canopy, Nos. 123 and 124 have new wrought iron balustrade, Nos. 121 and 122 have later wooden balustrade and tiled canopy. Ground floor Nos.121, 122 and 124 have porches with segmental headed doorways. Nos. 123 and 125 have large round-headed doorways with side lights continuing over top of door in semi-circular arc. No. 127 has round-headed doorway and windows, No.126 has Victorian shop front. Slate roofs.

Nos 111 to 127 (consec) form a group.
