These houses occupy a corner site and form part of a group with Nos 1 to 3 Union Street. Built in about 1852. Two storeys. Three windows facing south, three windows facing west and one window on the splayed angle of the corner. Faced with cobbles with white brick dressings and quoins, those on No 34 painted. Glazing bars missing. No 33 has a modern shop front on the ground floor.

Nos 33 and 34 together with Nos 1 to 3 (consec) Union Street form a group.
