Circa 1830. Stuccoed. Hipped slate roof. 2 storeys. 3 windows wide. Modern
2-light casement windows with glazing bars. Trellised wooden gabled porch with
tent-shaped roof and finial, round-headed doorway with semi-circular fanlight with
glazing bars and 6-panel moulded door. Brick chimney stacks at ends.
