Circa 1800. A pair of cottages, now one. Weatherboarded. Hipped slate roof.
2 storeys. 2 windows wide. 2-light casements with glazing bars, ground floor
right 2 new replacement windows one in place of former door. Left-hand glazed
door with glazing bars, and simple hood on shaped brackets.

Nos 1, 2 and 3 form a group.
