Formerly called Millberg Hall when a private house. Subsequently Seaford College converted to apartments in 2006. Early C19. Two storeys. Seven windows. Stuccoed. String course. Modillion cornices and balustraded parapet. Long and short quoins. Glazing bars intact. Porch with Doric columns and pediment, at the top of a flight of seven segmental steps with handrail. Similar porch on east front. Large modern wing to north west.
