Former coach house/stables to Charles Hill Court, now house. Circa 1870. Local ironstone rubble with buff coloured stock brick dressings, Welsh slate roofs, some slates in scalloped bands with "fleur-de-lys" ridge cresting.

One storey and attic to rear with central wooden ridge cupola under turret roof. Octagonal open sides on square plinth, shouldered arches to each face. Regular front at right angles to land with central gable under decorative pierced bargeboards. Small gables to either side with similar decorative gables. C20 cambered head casement window, in place of original left door but keeping the original brick surround, to first floor centre one casement window to either side with decorative elongated lozenge glazing tracery. Five windows to ground floor. C20 hip-roofed square bay to left of centre on ground floor. C20 colourwashed brick extension to left.

Entrance front facing the lane: one storey and attic under gabled, pierced bargeboard dormers. Rendered end stacks. Casement windows with lozenge shape glazing bars to first floor, two C20 cambered head windows to ground floor. Central gabled porch with pierced bargeboards. Pointed arched brick quoined surround to ribbed door.
