Coach house. 1863. By G.E Street for the Rev. Winstanley Hall. Brick with half-hipped plain tile roof. Ashlar dressings. Single external rear wall stack. Single storey plus attics, two bays. East front has central casement flanked to left by large close-boarded door and beyond, single casement. To right, pair of close-boarded doors. South end has pair of C20 garage doors with timber lintel. Above, pair of small close-boarded doors. At south end, 1 M long brick boundary wall with two stepped buttresses and shaped brick coping. Included for group value only.
