2 houses. Probably C17 originally, with later alterations. Regular coursed
ironstone rubble. C20 tile roof. The Web: single-unit single storey plus attic.
Plank door to right has moulded wood surround. C20 casement to left has stop
chamfered lintel. Two C20 casements to attic have wood lintels. Steep roof
pitch. Substantial stone stack to ridge has brick flues. The Cottage: central
entrance has C20 plank door with gabled hood porch and is flanked by C20
casements with wooden lintels. Two C20 windows with wooden lintels to attic.
Steep roof pitch. Brick ridge stack to right. Interiors not inspected. Included
for group value.
