Two houses and shop. One build. C18 and earlier. Brick. Stucco fronted. Slate
roof. Lateral brick stack. 3 storeys; 3-window range. No.49 has wooden cased
shop front. No.50 has C20 shop front. Narrow passage between the properties
leads to rear. 3 sashes to first floor have glazing bars (3-pane width) and
moulded wooden surrounds. 3 similar smaller windows to second floor. Moulded
eaves cornice. Interior: Part of original stair survives on first floor of
No.49. Panelled doors and doorcases.
