Offices. Mid C19. Brick. Hipped slate roof. Brick ridge and end stacks. 3
storeys. Scattered fenestration. 2 doorways. Angled doorway to left has panelled
door and Ionic doorcase. Doorway to right has moulded stone surround. 3
ground-floor windows include one blocked and two 2-light windows with moulded
surrounds. Mainly 2-light windows to first and second floors. 2 blocked windows.
2 windows with semi-circular heads. Moulded eaves cornice. Parapet. Interior not
inspected. Prominent site between the Market Place and Bridge Street.
