House. A C18-C19 front of 3-storeyed stucco with rusticated stone ground
floor on a stone base, a heavy moulded modillioned eaves cornice and cement-faced
stacks. The ground floor has 2 3-light sash windows in stone frames and
cills with the front doorway in between them. The doorway has a moulded
stone frame with moulded pilasters a segmental arch with moulded spandrels
and a dentilled cornice. The 1st floor has 3 modern sash windows with dentilled
and moulded cornices. In the 2nd floor are 3 sash windows in moulded and
bracketed frames with glazing bars. At the back on the North East is a 2-storeyed
wing in brick.

All the listed buildings on the North Side form a group.
