NY 52 NW YANWATH & EAMONT BRIDGE YANWATH

9/177 The Cottage

GV II

House. Late C18. Cement rendered walls, covered by ivy, under graduated
greenslate roof with cement rendered chimney stacks. 2 storeys, 3 bays. Centre
pointed-arched glazed door in chamfered surround. Small pointed-arched window
above. Ground floor 3-light flat stone-mullioned windows with 2-light similar
windows above. Left return wall has small pointed-arched window. Rear has
pointed-arched window flanked by small chamfered-surround windows. Right
extensions and rear conservatory are not of interest.
