House, now cottages, possibly formerly part of Raynham Old Hall. Late
C16 or early C17. Rubble and knapped flint with brick dressings. Red and
black pantiled roofs. Entrance front (north): cottage to west with central
4-centred brick door with moulded arch and chamfered jambs, C20 door. C20
2-light casement ground floor, 4-light casement first-floor. Projecting to
north and south 2 storey garderobe or staircase wings. Crow stepped parapet
and stack C19. To west 2 storey extension flint ground-brick first floor
with C20 casements and crow stepped end gable C19. House to east with ground
floor 2-light casement and to first floor casements at eaves level. Boarded
off centre door and projecting to north C19 service wing Crow stepped
gables on party wall and to east gable central ridge stack with 4 diamond
pattern shafts.
