Former farmhouse. C18. Colour-washed brick with pantiled roof. L plan.
2 storeys. Asymmetrical facade of 5 bays of modern mullion and transom
windows in original openings. Cambered arches to ground floor windows.
Off-centre front door and doorcase with a modillioned pediment, pulvinated
frieze and eaved architrave. Remains of a similar doorcase on south facade.
Simple plat-band and shaped eaves sprockets. Hipped roof with an off-
centre axial stack.
