Former house, converted into offices. Partly empty at the time of re-survey
and partly used as clinic. Early C19. C20 east gable and rusticated quoins.
Red brick and pantile roof. 3 storeys. 4 bays. Left-hand off-centre door
with semi-circular fanlight having radial glazing bars, pilasters and
open pediment. C20 casements throughout with rubbed brick flat arches. Moulded
box eaves cornice.
