Pair of houses in terrace. Early C19. Red brick (No.23 painted) with
rendered plinth. Slate roof; 2 brick ridge chimneys. 2 storeys; 4 first-floor
windows. Doors to right of each unit alternate with glazing bar sash windows
with horns under flat gauged brick arches. No. 21 has a 6-panelled door and
fanlight with intersecting glazing bars. No. 23 has a C20 half-glazed door and
plain fanlight. Small first-floor windows above each door.
