Corner site. 2 storeys plus attic. Single central-window at first floor
in Palace Street elevation. C20 pilastered shopfront with corner doors.
Sash windows at first floor with glazing bars. Casement windows in dormers
and in 4 bay St. Martin-at-Palace Plain elevation. 2 dormer gables.
Box cornice.
