Office. Late C19. Yellow brick with stycco ground floor, roof not
visible. 3 storeys, 2 bays. The ground floor entrance and 3-light
window are framed by rusticated quoins and flat arch. Sash windows
above with brick segmental arch, raised eared and haunched surround
and keystone. Vitruvian scroll decoration on first floor stringcourse.
Renaissance lonic brick cornice between kneelers. Included for group
value.
