House, now offices. Circa 1860. Red brick with stone dressings and Welsh slate roof. Gothic villa. L shaped block with stair turret in angle. Main section is three storeys with a four storey tower and a single storey entrance hall on south west side. South entrance front has large porch to left; pyramid roof supported on paired columns with Ruskinian capitals. To right is a three storey gable with a two storey canted bay, five light mullion and transom windows. Two light window with trefoil heads in gable. West front has three two light windows with trefoil heads and stone mullions to single storey section. Behind and above are two light mullioned windows, the upper ones in half dormers. Stack with four octagonal stone shafts. The east elevation has similar gable to south elevation. In the angle between is the four storey octagonal stair turret with decorative stone quoins, single light windows at each level. Fourth floor belvedere with eight windows with Caernarvon arched heads and a conical roof. Rear has small extension, otherwise unaltered.

Interior not inspected.

An externally almost unaltered villa with good design qualities.
