15/20 Wellcroft House

GV II

House. Datestone ENB/1750. Squared coursed lias with slate roof. Single unit
plan. 2 storeys, one-window range of casements with glazing bars under wood
lintels. C19 six-panelled door with glazed top lights to left, under wood
lintel. Ashlar gable parapet and kneelers; brick stack at end. Datestone to
right of window 1575,probably reset. Inscription to left of window partially
legible to John Buswell and wives. Datestone 1750 in right gable. Interior has
open fireplace with bressumer.
