Mid Cl9. Two storey outbuilding of red brick. Hipped tiled roof. Three modern
metal casements to south-east elevation which also has a lucam and hoists.
Two cylindrical red brick coats with conical tiled roofs retaining their cowls
and fantails. Included for group value and for scenic value when seen from
Nargate Street.
