Milepost. Early to mid-C19. Painted cast iron. Triangular section
with chamfered top. Beaded corners. Raised lettering, left-hand side:
"SALOP/7/MILES" and right-hand side: "WEM/3/MILES". Grey sandstone
block as support at rear. Alderton Cottage is not included on this
list.
