No 9, Roseville House

(Formerly listed as Roseville Residential Home for the Elderly, NEW STREET)

II
Early C19 red brick house with painted stone dressings. Low pitched slate hipped roof with wide eaves and moulded eaves cornice. Two storeys. Three bays. Central first floor window has moulded architrave and entablature with fluted frieze. Sashes without glazing bars and with plain stone lintels. Band at first floor cill level. Ground floor right hand late C19 splayed bay. Central porch with Tuscan columns supporting entablature and wrought-iron balustrade. Porch is now glazed in.
