House, in row. Early C19. Doulting stone ashlar; plain clay tile roof with plain gables; brick chimney stacks. 3
storeys, 3 bays. Plinth; 12-pane sash windows in plain openings, diminishing height each storey; 4-panel door with
margined fanlight to bay 1, set in stone surround with flat Doric pilasters, and flat stone hood on corbel brackets.
Interior has moulded ceilings and cornices.
