The offices of the Chalice Well Trust situated in a cul-de-sac leading off Chilkwell
Street. Probably late C17/early C18. 2 storeys to left and 2 storeys plus attics
to right. Coursed rubble and ashlar. Pantile roofs, 3 dormers to No 89. 6 windows.
Wood casements of 2 lights each, glazing bars. No 87 has one bay window of 3 lights
to ground floor. Plain wooden door to right, No 89 has a wooden stable door.
Nos 87 and 89, The Chalice Well and Tor Schoolhouse form an important group.
