Lime Kiln. C19. A random rubble wall, tapering towards its top set in an earth bank; 3 metres high, 4 metres across at its widest point. An opening one metre by one metre at its base giving onto a bell shaped chamber with a further small opening to rear. A comparatively rare industrial survival in this part of the country.
