Cottage. C17. Rendered and colourwashed, double Roman tile roof, two C19 brick stacks. Two storeys, three bays, two- and three-light edge-moulded stone mullioned windows, on ground floor with continuous hood mould. Central door opening in edge-moulded stone surround, plank door with glazed panel. Attached Sunnyside Cottage is not of special interest.
