The east part of a mid-Victorian Gothic terrace set back from the street immediately
to the west of St John's Church. 2 storeys plus attics and basements. Red brick
with patterned window and door heads, yellow brick stringcourses. Slate roofs
with 4 gables, finials. Lancets flanked by plain openings to gables, pointed
strainer arches on nook shafts over 1st floor openings. Canted bays to ground
floor with Gothic tracery to lights. Mostly sashes, some triple lights, without
glazing bars. Entrances to left and right, paired in centre, with pointed heads
under pierced parapets. Doorways up steps. Part of the ensemble with the Corner
House Hotel and St John's Church.

All the listed buildings in Park Street (except St Paul's House form a group together
with Nos 2 to 18 (even) Wellington Road.
