1904 by Colbourne, Little and Goodson, Extended 1913 in a similar style (see date
stone to rear on Bath Place), Neo-Tudor style, 2 storeys red sand-stone with
pale dressings. Parapet with central gable, diamond motifs suspended from capping.
Some imitation corbelling, 3 main windows of 5 mullioned lights divided by smaller
openings. Central oriel over entrance. Paired buttresses to ground floor. 5
light windows to left and right divided by single lights. Entrance with ogee moulded
top and double wooden doors. Canted bay through both storeys to right. Extensions
of 1911 also included.

All the listed buildings (except No 34 and the Dragon Book Shop and Wall) in Bath
Place and Corporation Street form a group.
