C17 or earlier. 2-storey stucco, pantile roof overhangs on iron brackets.
Upper storey projects slightly. Cl9 generation. Ground floor is stone
with string course. Important feature is doorway to covered passage
between Nos. 14-15; stone with moulded jambs, for centred inner and square
outer head with moulded label, C16.

No. 15 Elmer St., and Nos. l0 and 11, Stable to Vine House, and Nos. 13
to 15 (consec) form a group
