Early C19. 3-storey, red brick, pantiles, hipped; 2 dormers, parapet
has been removed. 3 windows, rusticated flat stone arches, ground and
1st floor windows with intersecting glazing bars to upper half hinged
to open inwards, second floor windows hung sashes, doorcase with reeded
pilasters, shaped brackets, and hood.

Nos. 38A to 4l (consec) and Nos 5, 42 and 45 Swinegate form a group,
