Section of north curtilage wall of Roman Settlement. Late C3-mid
C4. Spilsby sandstone rubble. Rubble core of wall visible up
to 1 metre high for a stretch of 4.20 metres, continuing under
north wall of garage of the Manor House, Manor House Lane, where
it is partially visible in the north-east corner. Source: Field
and Hurst, pp.48-50. Scheduled as an Ancient Monument, No. 44.
