Early/mid C19 with later alterations.
MATERIALS: Painted brick, hipped slate roof, brick stack on right
with oversailing detail and pot.
EXTERIOR: Single bay front, side entry. Front has one ground
floor window 8/8 sash and 4/8 sash to box half dormer.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
Forms integral group with No.12 (qv).
