House, now 2 houses. Late C18 with later alterations.
Pinkish-brown brick in Flemish bond with slate roof hipped at
left, brick ridge stack at left and right end stack. 2 storeys, 4
first-floor windows. 8/8 flush sashes throughout, the third
first-floor sash is blind and painted, all with flat arches of
rubbed brick. Off-centre right entrance a 6-panel door, the lower
panels flush beaded, upper panels raised and fielded, in timber
pilastered surround. Modillion eaves band. Further entrance to
left return a 6-panel door (now part-glazed) with lower flush
beaded panels and upper raised and fielded panels, in similar
doorcase.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
Nos 103 and 105 form a group with Nos 107, 109 and 111 Bransford
Road (qqv).
