House, now flats. c1803 with later additions and alterations
including later C19 bays. Render over brick with double-pitch
slate roof; truncated end stacks. 3 storeys, 3 first-floor
windows. First floor has 6/6 flush sashes; second floor has 3/3
flush sashes; all in tooled architraves. Ground floor: outer
canted bays with cornices have 6/6 sashes between 4/4 sashes;
central entrance a 4-panel door, the lower panels flush beaded,
the upper panels raised and fielded, overlight with
margin-lights, doorcase has pilasters and dentil entablature.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
Forms a good group with Nos 103 and 105 (qv), 107 and 111
Bransford Road (qqv).
