1878. Built by Ernest George and partners. 2 storeys. The ground floor is
red brick, the 1st floor is tile hung with some curved tiles. The front elevation,
facing north east, has a tiled roof with 2 enormous gables which are tile-hung
with eclectic pseudo timber-framing in the upper part. The left side gable
has curved braces, the riglt side gable a mixture of curved and diagonal braces.
Oriel windows to each gable with square wooden panes and elaborate pargetting
with use of Neo-Jacobean motifs below. The other windows are casements.
