An L-shaped C15 timber-framed building refaced in the C18. 2 storeys painted
brick. Tiled roof, hipped on the right side. 2 dormers. Wooden modillion
cornice. 1 sash and one "Gothick" leaded light each. Glazing bars intact
except for the ground floor of No 39. Stringcourses. Pair of doorcases with
vestigial weather hoods and 6 panelled doors. The side elevation is of 2
storeys with 4 dormers. Some sashes. Later C19 central porch in a rustic
style. No 16 has a 2 storey timber framed building attached with brick infilling
and an asbestos clad roof. Skylight. The other side has a 3 light bay with
Gothick pointed lights.

These buildings form a Grade II group.
