1811. Opposite symmetrical terrace to Nos. 1 to 4 (consec) qv. Yellow stock brick with stone cornice and brick parapet. Stone band above ground floor. Stone plinth with segmental arched basement windows. Three storeys and basement. Eleven windows including three in end bow (one blank), three windows on southern return. Northern return four windows and one window on rounded angle. All sashes with glazing bars. Ground floor windows round arched, recessed and set in wider brick arches. Gauged flat arches to recessed first and second floor windows. No. 5 has Doric porch.

The iron railings and paved roadway of Wapping Pier Head form a group with Nos 1 to 15 (consec) and No 4½, Town of Ramsgate Public House, Oliver's Wharf and this section of the wall and entrance to London Docks, and four bollards, Wapping Old Stairs, Wapping High Street.
