Includes No. 25A Falkner Square and No. 19A Sandon St. Terrace
of 14 houses. c.1835. Stucco with slate roof. Two and three
storeys. Three bays to each house. No. 19A Sandon St similar but
has entrance with segmental pediment and two iron lamp
standards, tops missing. Most ground-floor windows have
architraves, most 1st-floor windows have balustraded
balconies. Iron area railings have decorative heads and
stone gate and wall piers. Nos. 25 and 26 are derelict,
windows boarded, paired Ionic porches flanked by canted
2-storey bays with iron balustrades. No. 26 has added attic
storey, No. 27 is derelict (1984), windows boarded, Ionic
porch. No. 28 has sashes with glazing bars, entrance in
architrave. No. 29 of three storeys has 2-storey canted bay with
balustrade, no architraves to windows but entrance has
architrave. No. 30 of three storeys; Ionic porch; iron gate
piers. No. 31 as No.30 but ground floor boarded. No. 32 as
No. 29, sashes with margin lights. No. 33 of two storeys ground
floor eared architraves to windows, sashes with margin
lights; entrance in architrave, 2-panel door. Top
balustrade. No. 34 as No. 33 but porch with antae. No. 35 of three
storeys, 2-storey canted bay, Ionic porch. No. 25A Falkner Square
of three bays to Grove street, with 3-bay return to Falkner Square. No. 19A
Sandon St similar but has entrance with segmental pediment
and two iron lamp standards, tops missing.
