Block of 2 estate houses. Circa 1880's for Rothschild Estate, probably
by William Huckvale. Plum brick, 1st floor of cusped red tilehanging,
half-timbered gable tops. Steep machine-made red tile roofs and tall
moulded brick circular chimneys with spurred caps and moulded bases.
Various raised patterns on shafts. A picturesque irregular block facing
W. Armorial plaque over ground floor window. 3-light flush casement
windows with small panes and segmental arches on ground floor. N front
has gabled jetty to left of gabled open timber porch with seats against
low brick side-walls.
