2 storey early C17 pair of cottages refaced in the C18 and with tiled roofs.
4 windows on 1st floor No 28 glazing bars intact and No 30 one box sash and
one casement sash both complete with glazing bars. Modern dormer over with
glazing bars. Ground floor brick and stone. No 28 modern window within early
Victorian shop front and No 30 modern casement sash with glazing bars and modern
shutters. 2 modern doors, one oak stable door with 1/2 brick segmental arches
over and No 30 full brick arch over window.

Nos 28 to 36 (even) with Nos 2 to 18 (even) and No 22 Bowling Street and with
Nos 3 to 11 (odd) Guildcount Lane all form a group.
