Cottage. C16, restored in late C20. Random rubble plinth. Rendered on ground floor with applied framing and rendered infilling on first floor. Plain tiled roof, hipped to left with projecting breast to rear. Two storeys; slightly irregular three window front, with iron lattice casements and one doubled round-headed glazing bar sash to right. Central half-glazed door with segment-head. This building possibly had a continuous jetty along the front originally. First storey addition to left.

Interior: substantial timber-frame evident. Queen-post side-purlin roof. Adjoins Granary Cottage at right. (qv).
