Office building. 1840s. Stucco. Four storeys, eight bays to North John Street, curved corner bay and four bays to Cook Street. C20 ground floor sill bands to first and second floors, cornice and blocking course. Some first floor windows have architraves, two with pediments on consoles, casement windows. All upper windows have sashes with glazing bars. Corner bay first floor window has architrave and pediment on consoles. Cook Street facade: first floor windows have architraves. Stringcourse over first floor.
