Pair of cottages. C18. Red brick with blue headers. Moulded dentilled eaves cornice to plain tiled gabled roof. Central stack between two cottages. Plinth and plat-band. Two storeys.

Highbury: Cottage to right. Three window facade. Tripartite sashes in outer bays, single sashes in centre, all under segmental brick arches. Panelled door to right of front in flat pilastered doorcase with moulded entablature. Open columned two-bay verandah to east.

Ivy Cottage: to west. Two window facade. Tripartite sash windows under segmental brick arches. Canted bay window to left. Central half-glazed and panelled door in flat pilastered doorcase with moulded entablature.
