Public House, c.1840. Coursed sandstone, pyramidal slate roof with
chimneys at the side walls. On corner site. Square plan, 3x3 bays.
Three storeys; almost symmetrical fronts to St. James's Street and
Union Street; plain round-headed doorways with keystones, sashed
windows with plain stone surrounds, those on the top floor smaller;
three to each of the upper floors at the front, 2 at the side with a
blocked loading door in the centre of the 2nd floor.
