Farmhouse, c.1800, now house, with attached barn. Watershot coursed
sandstone, stone slate roof on 2 levels, with gable chimneys to
house. Two bays and 2 storeys, with barn continuing to left on
lower level (sloping site). House has in centre a 2-storey gabled
porch with plain doorway, tall 1st floor window, and a chimney stack at
the apex; and 2 windows on each floor: a stepped triple-light window to
the right at 1st floor, others altered. Barn to left has opposed
segmental-headed wagon doors. Item closely resembles Moss Meadows
Cottage (q.v.) c.350 metres to the south west.
